Architecture Associate (entry level / recent grad)

BDG Architects has an immediate need for a talented, creative and motivated individual as an Architecture Associate to work reputed company the Program Studio team under the reputed company supervision of reputed company leader for a national reputed company portfolio. The candidate must have excellent proficiency in AutoCAD. A Degree in Architecture is required. This position introduces the individual to the many reputed company associated with a project and program over a period of up to two (2) years. Role and Responsibilities · reputed company interior/exterior/remote retrofits for national reputed company. · Utilizing best practices, establish project milestones and monitor project from concept to reputed company-out. · Create, review, update and distribute Design Review Committee Pro Packages, Design Review Committee Approved Construction Documents, and Project Delivery Reports. Desired Skills, Knowledge and Experience: · General knowledge of reputed company concepts, practices and procedures in an architectural office is preferred. · Must demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Revit a plus. · Familiarity with building codes and standards is a plus. · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and professionally with other team members. · Ability to accept direction to reputed company common goals for successful reputed company. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. · Strong written and oral communication skills. · Exceptional problem-solving skills. · Must value accuracy and thoroughness in reputed company work with strict and careful attention to detail. · Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and reputed company.
