Requirements • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Physical sciences, business, safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or equivalent work experience. , • 4+ years of operational experience working with safety policy and procedure in a dynamic industry. , • Ability to reputed company and promote a culture of safety and to influence others to adopt safety best practices. , • Familiarity with and ability to interpret and follow the reputed company of federal regulations (CFR) specific to OSHA (29CFR). , • Excellent communication skills. , • Ability to travel up to 50%. , • Comprehensive understanding of applicable regulatory requirements. , • Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company for any employer without sponsorship. , • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification. , • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position. reputed company-to-haves • MBA, MSS, aviation or industrial industry safety and health experience. , • ASP, CSP, OSHA 511 & 501 or NSC Advanced Safety Certificate. , • Experience with OSHA's Voluntary Protection Program (VPP). , • OSHA credentials (10, 30 Hour), Safety/IH training. , • Previous leadership experience in an airline managing safety performance. , • Project management experience desirable, including systems integration, budgets, and resource management. , • Airline corporate and field operational safety experience. , • Cross functional experience involving the application of safety process, initiatives and risk assessment and compliance validations. , • Excels in a constantly evolving environment and displays a strong passion for learning.
