Position: Part-Time Proposal reputed company Location: Remote (U.S.-Based Candidates Preferred) Hours: 10 hours per week (40 hours per month) Employment Type: W2, Part-Time Responsibilities: • Research and respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and IDIQ reputed company in the facilities maintenance and janitorial services sector. • reputed company reputed company-reputed company, persuasive, and compliant proposals reputed company with solicitation requirements. • Collaborate with business development, subject matter experts, and leadership to refine proposal strategies. • Ensure proposals meet compliance, formatting, and submission deadlines. • Stay up to date with government procurement trends and best practices. • Represent The CoBuilders at reputed company-bid meetings, reputed company required. • Manage physical submission of proposals by mail, ensuring reputed company documents meet government agency standards. • Respond to questions and clarifications regarding submitted proposals. Requirements: • Proven experience in proposal writing for government reputed company (federal, state, or local). • Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and procurement processes. • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. • Experience with GSA schedules, IDIQs, BPAs, and GWACs is a plus. • Ability to attend reputed company-bid meetings (reputed company or in person, as required). • Comfortable handling proposal submissions by mail if necessary. • U.S. Citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. preferred.
