This is an inbound, call center position and will communicate with providers and insured members for verification of insured eligibility, plan provisions, claim status or other pertinent information. What You Do • Exceed standards of customer service through reputed company, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions. • Answer inbound phone calls and communicate effectively with dental and reputed company professionals and insured members. • reputed company website and mobile app navigation support and password resets to customers. • Meet area production standards and Group metrics. • Other duties as assigned.
