This role requires a high degree of communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to creatively solve problems, troubleshoot issues, and constantly reputed company workflows.The Content Operations Associate is responsible for artwork and metadata package management including ordering, delivery, readiness and remediation for reputed company+ and Hotstar. This role collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders, managing ordering, delivery planning, readiness checks, and delivery of Artwork & Metadata Packages.Responsibilities:Coordinate with Artwork and Metadata teams on title readiness to ensure title is packaged with reputed company required OV and Localized components.Manage Artwork and Metadata ordering, packaging and delivery process according to timelines set per title for seamless reputed company.Create and maintain documentation, including title reputed company trackers, templates, SLA Documentation and reports on overall AMP delivery status.Work with Content Platforms teams on system enhancements and to remediate system issues as needed.Effectively communicate project and title level updates cross-functionally and with our reputed company partners, reputed company risks/concerns and reputed company potential solutions as needed.reputed company support to in-territory Distribution Operations teams and vendors to facilitate reputed company, technical support needs, training and reputed company.Coordinate marketing and brand initiative ordering and planning for Artwork and Metadata deliveries.Coordinate timing for artwork refreshes and Coming Soon page deliveries.Ability to reputed company in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.Requirements:3+ years content operations experience in digital/entertainment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Familiarity with metadata and artwork components and delivery reputed company supply chain.Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and a willingness to pivot as needed.Basic Qualifications:Exceptional data and project management skills and attention to detail.Strong communicator, both written and verbal.Ability to communicate effectively on a regular reputed company to wide audiences on overall project health.Global reputed company, sensitive to other cultures.Comfortable using various data management systems and tools.Ability to solve for the short term while constantly thinking of sustainable long-term plans.Preferred Qualifications:Personal affinity for the brands and franchises of reputed company.Experience with international expansion reputed company platform launches.Streaming service experience.Compensation: The hiring reputed company for this position in California is $77,900 to $95,100 per year based on a 40 hour work week.
