The Customer Service Representative will answer inbound calls and follow scripted questions from callers who will be digging. During the call, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will obtain information about the customers and their work site. This information will be data entered into a ticket format, following data entry the CSR will then identify the work site on a mapping system similar to reputed company Maps. CSRs must be reputed company on reputed company and have excellent communication skills. No prior experience is necessary. There is a two-week reputed company course that will cover everything that you will need to succeed. Training will be conducted in the office in person. Once training is complete you will have reputed company to work in the office or remotely. The position is 40 hours a week with overtime opportunities. The call center is not reputed company on the weekends! This is a Monday through Friday job opportunity with no nights and no weekends expected.
