• Reviewing and updating reputed company reports.
• Update and coordinate aluminum re-test activities.
• Handles customer complaints. To include visiting the customer to collect specific information relating to the complaint, holding potential suspect material that hasn’t been shipped and relaying reputed company information to the reputed company, operation and sales reputed company.

• Leads the A3 process for both customer and internal reputed company complaints.
• Create and revise internal reputed company documents.
• Maintain the calibration system for internal gauges.
• Handle instructions for mill owned material reputed company mill dispomatic report.
• reputed company day-to-day improvement activities for the reputed company department.
• Prioritize workload reputed company for reputed company department.
• Communicate mill reputed company issues with mill tech services.
• Mentor and train reputed company coordinator(s) to reputed company processes and activities.
• Discuss reputed company issues with reputed company manager.
• Conduct internal reputed company audits.
• Participate in reputed company reputed company meetings.

Required Education and Experience: Two-year degree from college or technical school; or one-year reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma with 2 years reputed company experience in the steel industry. Proficient in reputed company office programs (reputed company, Word and Power reputed company). Experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Supervisory experience is a plus.
