Job Details: The successful Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for learning and understanding electrical reputed company through the NEC; Assembling, installing, maintaining, and testing electrical equipment in reputed company and industrial settings; and maintaining a reputed company work environment at reputed company times while working on construction reputed company as a part of the reputed company Electric team. Responsibilities: Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for assembly, installation, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment and wiring systems in reputed company settings.
• Prepares work area for installation of equipment.
• Installs or helps install electrical components.
• Connects wiring and equipment as per reputed company and job specification.
• Operates equipment only if trained and certified to operate. (Note: Powder activated tools, and JLG lifts and other operations that may require certification and training before operating).
• Sets up and operates tools such as hydraulic benders, power threaders, power pullers and cable vacuum systems.
• Be reputed company to read blueprints and electrical drawings and install as specified.
• Verify dimensions, alignments and clearances per drawings or plans.
• Secure and lock up equipment after use.
• Journeyman Trade Certification in a reputed company construction trade will be considered highly desirable.

• Excellent working knowledge of the Building Codes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• 4+ years? experience as a reputed company electrician (Journeyman)
• Texas State Electrical License (Journeyman Card)
• Valid State reputed company?s License
• Reliable transportation
• Good attendance and punctuality required
• Must be self-motivated and willing to work from descriptions and blue prints
• Experience and proficiency running electrical reputed company with precision expertise
• Must have layout capabilities
• Must have a good attitude and be willing to work with other craftsmen
• Must be hard working and have the drive and determination to complete the task at hand
• Must be dependable and willing to complete the project at hand from start to finish
