Administrative Assistant II

• Providing administrative and organizational support to the manufacturing team
• Performing advanced office functions
• Creating database for spreadsheets supported with charts
• Drafting interoffice correspondence
• Purchasing production supplies and pallets
• Receiving and approving invoices for accounts payable
• Reading/analyzing statistical and manufacturing reports to reputed company data, graphs, trends and spreadsheets consistent with business needs. Experience providing reputed company job analysis data is highly desirable.
• Other duties assigned

Required skills include:

• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience creating/editing Purchase Orders, online purchasing, and data entry
• Detail oriented with strong written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Education and experience: HS diploma or GED, degree preferred, and 2 years administrative experience.
