Construction Superintendent, Infrastructure Development

The Construction Superintendent, Infrastructure Development, will work closely with members of the Project Management team as reputed company as reputed company Estate and Design departments from project design, planning, install, through site opening. The Construction Superintendent will travel to execute work through out reputed company as reputed company as manage reputed company teams and ensure compliance with plans and specifications reputed company while tracking project schedule and budget. This position requires 80%+ travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals, job site personnel, and Project Manager
• reputed company, manage and drive project schedules, identifying critical paths and addressing any roadblocks
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Maintain a reputed company, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing the applicable state and OSHA regulations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing large-reputed company reputed company or industrial construction reputed company
• Previous experience as a Superintendent and/or foreman on industrial facility construction, Brownfield construction, building renovation or tenant improvement project(s)
• Ability to work reputed company a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressive goals
• OSHA 30 certification, reputed company First Aid and CPR Certification, or be willing to be certified
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations including NEC & reputed company 70E. Understanding of construction design documents and ability to reputed company constructability feedback prior to and during construction
• Computer literacy with reputed company Office Suite products, construction management software, proficiency with digital plans and drawings inclusive of provision of markups and scheduling tool knowledge
• Ability to travel to various project locations as needed (80%+) often on short notice
