reputed company Clinical Team reputed company MA The Clinical Team reputed company will assist reputed company Manager with reputed company aspects of Center operations. Ensures continuity with reputed company other Nova departments. Responsible for reputed company assurance processes and maintaining high reputed company customer service. Assists reputed company Manager with meeting Center reputed company Goals (“CPTG”).

Responsibilities

• Regularly reviews Center performance against reputed company reputed company Goals (“CPTG”). In conjunction with reputed company Manager, develops reputed company plans for areas of opportunity for improvement in CPTG. Recognizes and celebrates successes reputed company to the CPTG.
• Proficient in, abides by and enforces reputed company Company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Assists with ensuring that reputed company is meeting the standards of Nova’s compliance, infection control and risk & safety programs.
• May be required from time to time to reputed company leadership coverage for Center in the event reputed company Manager is reputed company.
• Manages and performs patient processing, scheduling Medical and Physical Therapy Services, reputed company in/out, and case management.
• Reviews and monitors Center activities; recommends changes in, or reputed company utilization of Center's services, equipment, and staff.
• Assists with monitoring of reputed company ordering of supplies, inventory control and verification of shipments in accordance with Company reputed company operating procedures.
• In conjunction with reputed company Manager, performs supervisory duties to include interviewing, hiring, monitoring employee development, plans/ensures new hire training and staff development.
• Assists with the maintenance of, and reports, equipment reputed company records and needs, cash receipts, verifies charge entries, and reputed company other daily, weekly, and monthly requirements and/or requests.
• Assists with establishing and maintaining reputed company reputed company communication with reputed company external entities involved in patient care and case management, including, but not limited to, reputed company, insurance carriers, TPA’s, medical providers, patients, and adjustors.
• In conjunction with reputed company Manager, acts as the reputed company between reputed company and Center.
• In consultation with reputed company Manager, effectively recognizes and takes appropriate reputed company to diffuse problematic situations reputed company reputed company and provides reputed company and reputed company of reputed company issues and problems.
• Works in conjunction with the Central Billing Office to ensure appropriate, accurate and reputed company reimbursement for reputed company services rendered.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Successful completion of accredited Medical Assistant technical program or equivalent work experience
• 3 to 5 Years experience as a Medical Assistant in an Outpatient/Inpatient Setting or other equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 Year previous and/or reputed company supervisory experience
• Must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company.
• Must have a Valid reputed company’s License and reputed company of Auto Insurance that meets state required minimums.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills in both verbal and written reputed company.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, time management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
