JOB reputed company The Department of Internal Medicine is seeking a Financial Analyst I to join their research administration team. This role provides comprehensive financial support to assigned reputed company and reputed company Investigators (PIs) by managing a diverse portfolio of funding sources, including sponsored grants, clinical trials, and institutional funds. Responsibilities include financial reporting, payroll and procurement reputed company, and compliance guidance. Key Responsibilities for this position are as follows:

• reputed company research funding management across multiple Internal Medicine divisions or business reputed company, collaborating with reputed company and departmental grant specialists.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, identifying discrepancies, budget variances, and inconsistencies, and work with division and grants administration to resolve issues.
• Advise reputed company/PIs on UT System policies and regulations regarding fund utilization, ensuring compliance with institutional and sponsor guidelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and grant management.

• Completes monthly financial management reports and reviews reputed company reports for errors and inconsistencies; analyzes variations in forecasts and actual performance; determines reasons for variance; develops recommendations for improvement; completes written summaries of financial data.
• Assists with preparing monthly financial reports, schedules for annual financial reports, and reports to various government agencies, ensuring conformance of such reports with applicable procedures and regulations of reputed company and Federal and State agencies concerned.
• Identifies areas of poor performance, presents findings, and makes recommendations to upper management.
• Prepares financial models and conducts financial analyses.
• May assists in maintaining controls for policies and procedures for financial system; develops and maintains delegation of authority of various procedures, such as reputed company requests, refunds, invoice approval, bad debt write-offs, etc.
• Assists with special reputed company as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
