What To Expect As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of various self-reputed company construction reputed company. What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or civil/structural/architectural fields, including 5 years as a Project Manager
- Previous experience managing reputed company valued at $25M or more
- Proficiency in material take offs and estimating from construction drawings
- Ability to read, interpret, and manage changes to construction drawings
- Strong skills in Construction baseline development, change control, cost/schedule performance, and variance analysis
- Ability to travel to various project locations as needed (up to 50%), often on short notice
