• The Recruiter/Senior Recruiter will reputed company as a reputed company consultant to the business and is responsible for advising on the selection of the best candidates.
• This individual is accountable to manage the talent pipeline, while fostering and executing recruitment strategies to support and fill business needs.

What you'll do

• Build polished PowerPoint decks for reputed company partners, as reputed company as senior leadership
• Performs industry research and data analysis, generates reporting, and uses results to reputed company strategic recommendations (e.g., which schools/channels we should recruit at, internship program design improvements to attract reputed company, etc.)
• Serves as program manager/reputed company for select early career programs (e.g., Intern Program)
