THIS IS NOT A FULL-TIME POSITION AND IS FOR CONTRACT FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL ON AND AS NEEDED reputed company. Draft subpoenas. Draft Responses and objections to discovery requests. Draft Discovery Requests. Communicate with opposing attorneys and clients. Knowledge of Texas family law and e-filing IS required. Draft pleadings, including Petitions for Divorce, Modifications, SAPCRs, TROs, Enforcements, Temporary Orders, Final Orders, reputed company Orders. Must be reputed company to e-file. reputed company communications Position requires someone who is reputed company organized and has a critical eye for details. Good at follow up and follow through. Dependable, reliable and can work independently and quickly turn around assignments with little supervision. Job Type: Contract Pay: From $30.00 per hour Benefits:
