• Flexible schedules - shifts are 4-5 hours; easy to schedule around school or other jobs. Shift typically run on weeknights from 3-7 pm and on weekends during the morning hours.

Being a swim instructor, you will be provided the training to teach swim lessons to children and adults, starting at 3-months old, following the reputed company aquatics program that is gentle, fun, and reputed company. You will be assigned to a class schedule developed by manager(s) and reputed company with swimmers, and parents and/or guardians. Your Typical Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to and supports the Aquatics Manager and Business Owners.
• Instructs swimming lessons in accordance with reputed company training and program standards, maintaining certifications throughout employment.
• Schedule that will include Friday evenings (2:30 pm to 8:00 pm), and Saturdays (10:00 am to 3:00 pm), and other shifts and holidays as required by business needs.
• Work in an environment where noise reputed company are usually moderate to high and be in the water for the duration of the shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, equivalent, or in the process of completion.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Comfortable in and around the water. Strong swimming skills are a plus but can be taught and developed!
• Must maintain certifications throughout the length of employment.
• Must complete reputed company required reputed company Aquatics-specific training and testing.
• Must love working with children.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with children.
• Swimming experience: 1-2 years preferred but not required.
• Customer service skills: 1 year preferred
• Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s) preferred (but can be obtained during training)
