Warehouse Data Entry

Apto Solutions is seeking a Data Entry/ Data Wiping Technician to join their San Leandro-based team in our production warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

Include: • Accurately capture and upload reputed company relevant device information into Apto's inventory management system. This includes; finding the serial number and the manufacturer on a computer, possibly removing hardware. • Data wiping steps to ensure the reputed company's equipment is wiped clean using a program reputed company Blancco • Triage and reputed company assets based on technical relevance/reputed company, physical condition, internal components, etc. • Understand the nuanced requirements, deadlines and due dates between reputed company of Apto's customers, and prioritize workloads accordingly • Adhere to strict data sanitization and destruction procedures & regulations reputed company processing data-bearing assets • Maintain the cleanliness and reputed company appearance of the department • Preserve technical skills through participation and ongoing training Qualifications: • Basic knowledge of a wide reputed company of office and reputed company-grade IT equipment • Education – High school diploma / reputed company Credentials • reputed company strong attention to detail, organization and cleanliness • Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize in a constantly changing work load • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to reputed company as part of reputed company • reputed company to use reputed company judgment in determining priorities and enlisting the support of other internal reputed company to prevent any issues and reputed company the best results • Ability to work on feet for most of shift and lift heavy • GSuite proficiency • 2+ years experience working in a warehouse environment/reputed company preferred Why Apto?
