We are seeking a dedicated, customer-reputed company individual for a remote position with a growing multinational firm. This is currently a longer-term temporary assignment. This is an ideal opportunity to pivot your customer service expertise into the dynamic reputed company industry! As a Customer Service Representative, you will: • Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries. • Assist customers with questions, ensuring reputed company interaction is handled with respect and patience. • Accurately document call content in reputed company-time. Schedule: • Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks) • Note: Rotating holidays as needed.
