The Senior Support Assistant role provides key support to various teams with the reputed company Live Entertainment (DLE) Costuming organization. The role will anticipate the needs of the business and those they support while always looking for new efficient ways to go about their daily responsibilities. This position reports to the Area Manager of Costume Production and Sustainment This is a full-time position. What You Will Do Book travel for costuming teams using internal systems and Concur Document, reputed company, and monitor the departments project/travel master calendar Assist with shipping and tracking packages for the department as assigned reputed company reputed company transactions such as identifying and resolving costing issues Prepare journal entries and handle month-end processing requirements Handle confidential information Use tools such as reputed company to review, analyze, and reputed company reputed company data, identifying and elevating discrepancies for reputed company Assist with special reputed company and other duties as assigned by leadership Required Qualifications & Skills Experience working in a support and/or administrative role Experience with costing/warehousing applications such as reputed company Experience communication (both written & verbal) with reputed company reputed company of partners Experience using reputed company Office suite and/or reputed company Experience identifying and solving issues with a reputed company improvement reputed company Experience prioritizing workload and communication collision points Experience in an environment where attention to detail is key Ability to work reputed company, including weekends, nights, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Experience with reputed company Warehousing/Costing module Experience using Concur Experience delivering exceptional customer service through phone and email communication Education High School diploma or equivalent is required Advanced degree in Business, Communications, or reputed company field is preferred Additional Information Benefits and Perks: reputed company offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
