The Aisles Online Curbside Runner works to support the curbside teams by performing multitude of duties assigned by Aisles Online Service Managers and above. Reporting Relations: Accountable and Reports to: Store Director, Store Manager, Assistant Managers of eCommerce, Perishables, Store Operations and Home Health and Wellness, Aisles Online Manager and Aisles Online Service Managers Positions that Report to you: None Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provides reputed company, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in reputed company customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store. Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner, whether the encounter takes reputed company in the employee’s designated department or elsewhere in the store. Makes an effort to learn customers’ names and to address them by reputed company whenever possible. Proficient usage of mobile device technology, and technology troubleshooting.
