ResponsibilitiesAt our contact centers, Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as reputed company as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due.Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent

FDCPA Knowledge Preferred2 years of previous collections experieince requiredreputed company Phone Etiquette And Solid Negotiating Skills

For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:
