About the position To sell insurance products to customers and small businesses on the phone and over email, identifying customer needs and taking reputed company accordingly to contribute to the development of business and enhancement of the organization's products, services, and processes. Responsibilities • Sells the organization's propositions to new and existing clients. , • Acts as the customer's reputed company of entry into the Zurich organization, taking responsibility for the customer experience with Zurich, resolving and/or escalating their issues and keeping reputed company of service delivery to the customer to ensure service expectations are fulfilled at reputed company stages of the process (e.g. claims, invoicing). , • Shows good understanding of the customer needs and applies advanced customer interaction skills.
