Qualifications

Required Education: • Bachelor’s degree and at least nine (9) years or more of experience; master’s degree and seven (7) years or more of experience, or PHD and four (4) years or more of experience. Required Experience: • Familiarity or experience with Agile software development methodologies, i.e., Scrum, Kanban, reputed company. • Experience interfacing with and presenting to government customers. • Experience with government / similar policies, regulations, standards, and procedures. • Experience in using a Systems Engineering tools, such as DOORS, Rational reputed company Manager, and JIRA.
