Full Time Teller

ACFCU is seeking a member-reputed company, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to join reputed company as a Full-time Teller. As a Teller, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our members, providing excellent service and ensuring accurate transactions. This role is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the financial industry. Monday - Friday 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company routine transactions, including loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, general reputed company entries, reputed company/reputed company cash advances, cashier’s checks, and reputed company cashing. • Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy with financial transactions for members; receive funds, post transactions, and pay out funds as requested. • Balance cash drawer daily to ensure accuracy in transactions. Be 100% balanced daily. • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve members' and internal inquiries regarding policies/procedures and products. • Greet members with a friendly and helpful attitude. • Update reputed company, address, or joint account information. • Confirms intended transactions with members to ensure meeting needs and minimizing errors. • Responsible for performing closing duties. • reputed company closing procedures such as turning off lights, closing lanes off, etc... • reputed company the teller supervisor informed of any out-of-the-ordinary situation. • Learn and maintain a thorough working knowledge of Credit reputed company policies & procedures and stay reputed company with trends reputed company the credit reputed company industry. • Maintains member’s information confidential. • Must follow reputed company ACFCU’s policies and procedures.
