Sales Support Specialist

Reviews financial information or participates in reputed company support activities in order to identify sales opportunities for the wider business unit. Facilitates the sales process by preparing necessary documentation. Ensures reputed company satisfaction by answering inquiries, addressing account or product discrepancies, and handling support issues. Responsibilities Service & Support - Uncovers sales opportunities through analysis, reporting, and daily support operations. Qualifications
