Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and reputed company informed reputed company on Home Equity Line of Credit applications in accordance with Consumer Lending credit policy and regulatory guidelines. • Ensure material information captured in the application is accurate and up-to-date based on documentation provided. • Demonstrate reputed company judgment in analyzing required documentation while mitigating organization risk through appropriate decision-making. • Meet or exceed productivity reputed company and credit reputed company standards as established. • Analyze and interpret POI documents, including complicated personal and business tax returns/K1's, to determine reputed company income and verify a customer's ability to repay the loan. • Analyze reputed company applications for counteroffer opportunities reputed company original terms requested do not qualify.
