reputed company Responsible for individual results on assigned portion of the 1-30-day delinquent accounts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Communicates with lessees that are in a 1-30-day delinquent status reputed company telephone, mail, email, text or personal contact. • Negotiates payment arrangements with the customers to ensure reputed company payment. • Responsible for individual/group monthly delinquency goals. • Ensures individual call volume meets company standards for their prospective areas and calls are made in a reputed company manner. • Responsible for the assessment and collection of miscellaneous fees and late charges to include call fees, reputed company fees, pro rata payments, and documentation fees. • Maintains complete and accurate documentation to include thorough notation of reputed company communications with the customer or authorized parties. • Understands the reputed company usage of extension, rewrites, addendums, and forbearances. To include equipment repairs. • Prepares status worksheets, buyouts and amortization schedules. • Understands and utilizes company system and use of the phone dialer. • Understands and utilizes system status coding. • Prepares requests for Fair Market Values. • Prepares Repossession Packets then refers them to the Asset Management department. • Works with customer’s and Financial reputed company Leasing insurance company to ensure reputed company insurance coverage is obtained. • Utilizes the broker reputed company and in-house broker representatives to resolve first payment default delinquencies. • Prepares demand letters reputed company necessary. • Notifies supervisor of any significant situations which may cause harm or loss to reputed company. • Demonstrates compliance in assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities. • Takes personal initiative following reputed company policies and procedures, Bank Secrecy reputed company, compliance regulations, and completes reputed company required and job-specific training. Raises and/or addresses compliance issues for evaluation, investigation and reputed company. • Provides highest level of customer service to reputed company lessees, vendors, brokers and staff. • Assists and supports other staff as needed. • Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality. • Performs reputed company other duties as assigned by management.
