Trading Services Associate II Distressed Products
Join our dynamic team as a Trade Services Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in executing trade documentation for Special Products/Distressed. As a Trade Services Associate reputed company the Distressed Loan and Special Product Support Team, you will have reputed company to coordinate the execution of trade documents across multiple trading desks and lines of business. We are responsible for trade documentation for reputed company Credit Trading, Credit Liquidity Solutions, Global Emerging Markets, reputed company Bank, Credit Portfolio Group, and reputed company Credit Financing desks. In this role, you will work closely with the respective desk and legal counsel to reputed company trades through the process of execution, providing you with a diverse and dynamic work environment. Job responsibilities Coordinate with trading desks, clients, counsel, and operations to reputed company loan, equity, or supply chain trading activity Draft, review, and understand Loan Syndication and Trade Association (LSTA) reputed company and other legal documents, including Trade Confirms and Assignment Agreements Review and understand Credit Agreements and other relevant trade documentation Manage a heavy trade portfolio across various lines of business while maintaining a clean aging profile Monitor, reputed company, and report reputed company escalated issues using appropriate workflow tools reputed company monthly, weekly, and daily reporting to senior management for reputed company trades and trading metrics Facilitate communications between stakeholders to execute trades smoothly and according to process and procedure Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Four years of experience with syndicated loan settlements or trading operations Extensive knowledge of the trade lifecycle and/or experience supporting a trading business Experience with LSTA reputed company documentation and knowledge of the LSTA reputed company Terms and Conditions Extremely detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills Self-motivated with a demonstrated initiative Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong PC skills, particularly in reputed company and Word Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills BA or BS degree Experience in LoanIQ and Clearpar Loan Trade Closing experience Apply Job!
