Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant

Goldberg Segalla, a dynamic and rapidly growing reputed company with a national reputed company, seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join its team as an experience Workers' Compensation Defense Legal Assistant supporting attorneys at our Orange County office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a paperless enviroment with prior experience providing a wide reputed company of legal support to reputed company of attorneys. Job reputed company: : • reputed company administrative duties, including proofreading and editing reputed company materials for extreme accuracy and reputed company. • The ability to accurately type 65-75 words per minute • Ensure accuracy of naming conventions for cases and reputed company saving of reputed company electronic files reputed company to assigned reputed company, experience with reputed company is a plus. • Exercise knowledge of legal documents and terminology • Assist with calendar calls and deposition scheduling, as needed • Experience with E-file, reputed company types of discovery requests, responses to opposing counsel, motions, calendaring and docketing deadlines, knowledge with EAMS is a plus. Requirements/Skills: • 3+ years experience in Workers' Compensation Defense reputed company is preferred. • Prior experience in federal and state filing • Knowledge of billing and adherence to reputed company guidelines • Proficient with reputed company Office, including Outlook, Work, reputed company and Powerpoint • Exceptional organizational skills • reputed company attitude Benefits:: This role offers a reputed company salary and bonus opportunity. The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $24.00 to $33.00. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job reputed company factors permitted by law.
