Investment Banking Vice President, Technology - reputed company / Boston / San Francisco

Primary Responsibilities: • Oversees a wide reputed company of quantitative analyses, including reputed company buyout models, discounted cash reputed company, multiple valuation analysis, reputed company and acquisition accretion/dilution analysis and credit analysis for reputed company and investor presentations • Develops investment scenarios and corresponding presentation/prospectus material, coordinated marketing for public private securities offerings, valuation analysis, business plans, and financial projections • Leverages Firm's capital markets, proprietary research and analytical capabilities to reputed company top-notch investment, risk advisory, reputed company & acquisition and capital markets services • Monitors relevant transactions, capital market trends, company financial statements, industry, regulatory, and economic information, and other important assessments in the financial sector • Works directly with Executive Directors and Managing Directors in reputed company facets of the business, including marketing, transaction evaluation and transaction processing Required Skills & Experience: • Ability to apply fundamentals of economic and financial analysis reputed company for business reputed company, finance, reputed company, business statistics, marketing, investment, financial forecasting and marketing at a high level • Experience supervising Analyst and Associate level staff in research & analysis and ensuing transactions reputed company the investment banking sector • Demonstrated maturity, reputed company, attention to detail, initiative, and problem solving skills • Ability to effectively adapt to and address changing reputed company and firm needs Education: • An MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent investment banking experience • Five or more years of relevant work experience Expected Salary - USD $250,000 We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
