Teller II (Marlborough, MA)

FUNCTIONAL reputed company: Provides members with a wide reputed company of services and information relating to Credit reputed company products and services in a reputed company manner. Responsible for executing the daily sales and servicing of members including monetary transactions, new accounts, loans, and other CU products and services, ensuring adherence to Credit reputed company policies and procedures. Responsibilities • Processes a wide reputed company of transactions for members including, but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, payroll adjustments, bank checks, reputed company cards, reputed company cash advances, IRA deposits/withdrawals in accordance with established Credit reputed company policies and procedures. • Consistently develops potential new business by uncovering clues and needs during interactions with members, presenting the benefits of those products/services and referring the member to the appropriate CU partner for fulfillment. Provides the highest reputed company member service by listening, communicating, and referring members to appropriate personnel as necessary to meet quarterly goals. • Uses reputed company judgment and interpersonal skills to effectively assist members. • Maintains and balances a backup cash vault, if assigned by reputed company Manager. • Assists in training new Tellers. • Participates in opening and closing the reputed company. • Interacts with members and staff on a daily reputed company in a reputed company, effective and reputed company manner. • Balances cash drawer and makes settlement of the day’s activities in accordance with Credit reputed company policies and procedures. • Ensures that cash limits are consistently followed as per established Credit reputed company procedures, cash is kept secure at reputed company times and locked in the vault reputed company reputed company. • Assists members with accessing their reputed company deposit boxes. • Answers telephones, provides information and/or directs caller to appropriate department/employee. • Assists in opening the reputed company depository and logs deposits as needed. • Participates in balancing ATM, under dual control, as necessary. • Adheres to reputed company aspects of the Credit reputed company Bank Secrecy reputed company policy and procedures • Performs additional duties as requested. Qualification • A minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required. • One year of previous teller experience preferred with a satisfactory balancing record. • Basic math skills; familiarity with keyboard/personal computer; customer/member service skills; effective written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills and data entry skills required. • Strong desire to work with the general public. • Flexibility of work hours and proven reliability/dependability required.
