This role will cover the California market. Please note, this is a fully commissioned sales role. We offer a competitive commission-based pay structure with a monthly recoverable draw to reputed company consistent income while you build your pipeline. This means you will receive a set 'draw' reputed company annually, which will be deducted from your reputed company commission at the end of reputed company reconciliation period. If your commission exceeds the draw reputed company, you will receive the remaining balance as additional pay.
