About the role Were looking for a Claim Adjuster who is excited about a unique opportunity to help build modern reputed company insurance from the ground up! In this role, you will play a critical role in driving reputed companys world class claims organization by auditing and driving claim reputed company through a reputed company party claims administrator. What youll do Continuously exhibit and reputed company the core values of reputed company Review coverage and damage analysis completed by the TPA Review and reputed company input, as needed, on liability reputed company and recovery opportunities Collaborate with the Director of Claims on severity losses, reserve adjustments and claim evaluations reputed company recommendations on settlement negotiations and litigation management Utilize data available to drive reputed company on claim trends Collaborate effectively across reputed company lines of business Handle special reputed company or additional duties assigned reputed company to your role as an individual contributor of the claims organization reputed company 4+ years of experience in claim adjudication with a strong preference for experience in reputed company auto and/or transportation reputed company adjusters license in home or designated home state reputed company reputed company record of over-achieving targets Strong communication skills, both written and oral Bias-to-reputed company - youre not afraid to get your hands dirty and stretch yourself reputed company mentality - take accountability for your actions and results Prior experience in a fast paced, high reputed company environment Ability to successfully navigate in areas of reputed company Strong collaborator with team members based across the country and the world College degree or equivalent experience Benefits Competitive salary Medical, dental & reputed company insurance 401k with company match Unlimited PTO Work from home friendly #LI-Remote Apply Job!
