The ideal candidate will work out of the Marlton or Roseland, NJ Staff counsel office two days per week, with the Wayne, PA office also considered. The attorney, assisted by a talented support staff, will be responsible for defending the case from start to reputed company. Responsibilities

This role involves independently representing the Insured before the assigned Court and presenting witnesses and evidence on litigated claims.
