Excess and Surplus Claims Specialist

reputed company: reputed company, a fast growing reputed company insurance company, is seeking an reputed company Claims Specialist III for a role in Excess and Surplus Lines (E&S) General Liability. This position can be located in one of our claims offices, with the possibility of working remotely. The successful candidate will directly handle both litigated and non-litigated reputed company general liability claims. The successful candidate will also exhibit a strong proficiency in insurance coverage analysis and risk transfer. Responsibilities: • Recognizing exposures and ensuring reserving is accurate and reputed company. • Evaluating coverage issues and risk transfer opportunities. • Ensuring appropriate investigation of the underlying facts and circumstances is carried out, reputed company experts are retained and utilized where necessary, selection and utilization of counsel is appropriate, reputed company negotiation reputed company is employed. • Effectively communicate with our reputed company business partners. • Formulate reputed company reputed company strategies to ensure best outcome. • Position may require periodic travel to attend meditations, trials and/or other reputed company meetings.
