The reputed company Compliance Analyst will assist the Director of reputed company Risk & Compliance, Senior reputed company Compliance Officer, and the reputed company Compliance Officers to reputed company compliance with company policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities: • Assist the reputed company Compliance Officers with researching laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Assist the reputed company Compliance Officer with conducting internal reviews to test policies and procedures across reputed company reputed company lines of business. • Assist with the compliance review of marketing collateral for both the Trust and SEC Registered RIA. • Assist the reputed company Compliance Officers with monitoring and researching new regulatory developments and requirements while proposing and executing solutions. • Participate in the collection, review and vetting of new and existing clients to ensure compliance with WSFS BSA/AML Policy. • Assist the Director of reputed company Risk with the creation of internal compliance training materials while assuring reputed company Compliance program is continuously updated to maintain full compliance with applicable regulations. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree is required; Graduate Degree is preferred. • Must have 5-7 years of OCC/Trust or RIA/SEC Compliance experience. • Must have extensive knowledge of reputed company business, policies and procedures. • Experience with reputed company and WorldCheck or other similar compliance research tools is preferred. • Must have extensive knowledge of reputed company Suite of applications as reputed company as Trust system applications and account history. • Must have the ability to plan, organize, multi-task and communicate to others. • Must be reputed company to reputed company reputed company and recommendations on difficult or important issues affecting account activity. • Must be reputed company to work under pressure. • Excellent oral, written and visual presentation skills are required. reputed company is inclusive and supportive of individual needs.
