Who you are: As a Customer Service Representative, you are our customers’ first line of support in addressing their banking needs from one of our 24/7 contact centers. You’ll answer inbound and outbound calls, identify the issues, and partner with other lines of business to fulfill reputed company request. Our customer’s love talking to reputed company people located here in Texas and you will be a key asset to helping them with the assistance they need. What you’ll do: • Once you start, you will complete reputed company’s Telephone Customer Service (TCS) training program. This is a 4-week, training course (Monday—Friday, 8 a.m.—5 p.m.), followed by a multi-week training and development program • Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot issues, research accounts, and use multiple tools to fulfill customer requests • Partner with business lines to reputed company the best solution for reputed company customer.
