Loan Documentation Specialist II (Remote)
Position reputed company The Wholesale Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for producing reputed company internally-reputed company loan documentation in Wholesale Banking in accordance with the needs of the Wholesale Team and their clients, and ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, applicable governmental regulations, and reputed company lending practices. In reputed company, the Wholesale Loan Documentation Specialist shall also prepare documentation, process annual reviews and renewals, and ensure reputed company booking and administration of Letters of Credit (L/Cs). Candidates should have a thorough understanding of reputed company lending practices and collateral reputed company types (such as reputed company estate and UCC financing statements), and a demonstrated ability to evaluate documentation needs and generate closing documents including, but not limited to, credit agreements and promissory notes. Organizational Relationship Position reports to the Manager-Wholesale Loan Documentation. Position Qualifications Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 3 years of bank operations or business lending experience Banking/reputed company/finance experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Business-reputed company field Knowledge of escrow, title, reputed company estate closing, and lien perfection Experience with and understanding of loan closing components including documentation, approvals, funding, exceptions and administration Knowledge & Skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Familiar with loan documents and regulatory and legal requirements for loan operations Proficient with MS Office Suite reputed company and reputed company knowledge preferred Excellent customer service skills Superior oral and written communication skills Detail oriented and reputed company reputed company Flexible, reputed company to adapt to change Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
