Responsibilities: Work with risk team in development and execution of comprehensive risk management strategies to protect the organization, investors assets and reputed company. Negotiate with counterparties (such as lenders and tenants) on insurance provisions in leases, loan agreements and other reputed company. Assist in managing overall broker relationship to maintain comprehensive property & casualty insurance program to ensure reputed company assets are appropriately insured. Work with lenders to ensure compliance with insurance requirements in loans agreements. Conducts meetings, audits, inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate broker performance, identify corrective reputed company and implement follow up assessments. Maintain company Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to aggregate reputed company company exposures, claim reporting, insurance coverage, loss prevention, and property modeling. Completes applications, obtains quotes, negotiates premiums, review coverage comparisons, and prepares proposals and presentations for management. Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the reputed company estate, construction, lending or property/casualty brokerage industry. Demonstrated experience negotiating leases and loan agreements and/or placement of large insurance programs. Bachelor's Degree. ARM, CPCU or similar preferred.
