Position: Senior Data Analyst (TRICARE Encounter Data) Location: Falls reputed company, VA Work Environment: Hybrid Clearance Required: None Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award Knowesis is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support TRICARE Encounter Data (TED) reporting to the DHA TRICARE Health Plan Directorate, Performance Analysis Transition and Integration reputed company, by providing technical expertise in data analysis and TRICARE performance data reporting. To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the reputed company. The Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Analyze and evaluate data, functional requirements and business processes to facilitate the successful integration, implementation, and maintenance of the purchased care TED systems and business processes. • With Government reputed company, compile, prepare and distribute the daily reputed company Cycle Plan to the Solutions Delivery division (SDD.) • Run the TED EER reports daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly for both reputed company and Production environments. • Monitor transaction errors from TED EER reports for reputed company and Production environments. • Analyze the cause(s) of TED errors and reputed company written recommendations to resolve the issues, which include, but are not limited to reputed company data reputed company and reputed company values to be used. • Produce data extracts/reports using reputed company tools to verify data reputed company and usage. • Update TED reference tables on a routine and reputed company reputed company. • Schedule and monitor monthly meetings with the contractors to discuss and resolve TED edit errors. • With Government reputed company, coordinate the TED system workgroup which includes discussions on the two-way interfaces that process TED and provider records. • reputed company the workgroup and TED program manager with updates to reputed company issues being tracked that involve TED development resources. • Document and monitor reputed company TED system changes. Coordinate release priorities with Health Information Technology’s (HIT) SDD and TED developers • As sanctioned by the Government, monitor and participate in discussion/meetings for reputed company disaster recovery tests pertaining to the Purchased Care reputed company. • Maintain and modify Business Objects (BO) reports as needed to support the monthly reporting of TRICARE Encounter Data (TED) claims processing performance against DHA claims processing performance standards. • Create and maintain monthly TED Performance Reports utilized in the Performance Assessment Tracking tool; this includes: • Running TED Monitoring (TM), reports for reputed company TRICARE purchased care contract; • Analyzing report data; • Verifying and correcting report discrepancies; • Updating contractor performance worksheets; • Mitigating system/application discrepancies; and • Responding to DHA Program Office inquiries. • Assist in the reputed company and issuance of contractor monthly performance reports • Research and answer TED-reputed company questions as they pertain to TM report results and reputed company necessary, coordinate responses on behalf of the Government with Government Program Analysts. • Attend DHA application/reputed company change meetings with Government Program Analyst and reputed company input and clarification of application/system change requirements. • Organize and document Government system change requirements for the TM application/system. Required Qualifications: • 10 years experience with MHS Mart (M2), EAS IV (MEPRS), and MHS Data Repository (MDR) required. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, preferably reputed company a reputed company or government setting. • Proven experience to reputed company reputed company data analyses to assist in the development and execution of reputed company solutions to various challenges in reputed company delivery required.
