Personal Insurance Auto and Home Agents will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance solutions, evaluating risk and confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections. WORK FORMAT Our Sales Agent position offers a hybrid work schedule with reputed company to work in office 3 days a week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) and work from home 2 days a week (Mondays & Fridays). Agents will also be reputed company to work from home on their rotating Saturday. This role will report to one of the below locations: reputed company, CT San Antonio, TX SCHEDULE Training Program: • Unlicensed Hires: Starts on May 12th and lasts for 12 weeks. • Licensed Hires: Starts on May 27th and lasts for 9 weeks. • Please note that time off during training is not accommodated. Training Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Eastern. Post-Training Hours: Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm local time & every other Saturday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Eastern. COMPENSATION • Unlicensed Hires: $23 per hour. • Licensed Hires: $24 per hour. We are a metric driven, pay-for-performance, award-reputed company sales organization. There is potential to earn lucrative rewards, including monthly, quarterly, and annual pay-outs along with sales incentives and contests. Average monthly earnings are $500+, top monthly earners exceeding $2000. There is an opportunity to earn up to a 15% shift reputed company for weekend hours and Spanish-English Bilingual skillset, post certification.
