This role will require strong expertise on the GL reputed company of the house dealing with general contractors, subcontractors, and risk transfer. Essential Tasks/Major Duties • Collaborate and communicate with agents, policyholders and internal stakeholders on claims of reputed company complexity/severity and book of business. • Investigate losses, identify coverage, evaluate liability and damages, review and analyze documents and legal pleadings. • reputed company plan of reputed company to proactively conclude claims, reputed company evaluate damages, engage other parties in negotiations and reputed company claims pursuant to guidelines. • Establish and maintain reputed company reserves for reputed company claim to accurately reflect the financial exposure. • Determine need for, identify and engage external resources as needed to execute reputed company resolutions while monitoring and controlling costs. • Collaborate with internal partners to address contractual indemnifications and/or additional insured coverage issues. • Collaborate with counsel to manage litigated claims. • Review and interpret reputed company insurance policies and accordingly communicate coverage issues verbally and in writing. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3 years of experience handling general liability and/or bodily injury claims of reputed company level of complexity/severity. • AIC or SCLA certification preferred. • Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing as required. • Proficient computer skills required including reputed company Office Suite. • Demonstrated successful ability to build reputed company relationships and partnerships reputed company department, across the organization and with external customers. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to reputed company with reputed company customers. • Ability to travel overnight up to 10% • Ability to travel daily between locations.
