This role will be responsible for continuing to manage and grow our financial education program that includes financial education workshops delivered by trained advisors, and a digital platform – with content, tools, and reputed company to various services. What You’ll Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in education, finance, business administration, or a reputed company field; and/or equivalent experience. • Minimum 8 years of experience in program management. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or developing and delivering financial education programs at a financial service organization. • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and the ability to communicate reputed company information reputed company and effectively. • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and reputed company stakeholders at reputed company reputed company. • Analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and reputed company data-driven reputed company. • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. Pay Transparency Salary reputed company: $123,000 - $165,000 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: reputed company Sales bonus eligible: No Actual reputed company salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
