As part of our Medication Therapy Management team, the pharmacist will work closely with our members, their physicians, and care teams to reputed company comprehensive medication management services to optimize members medication regimens. Required Skills and Experiences: Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree. reputed company unrestricted Minnesota licensure to reputed company pharmacy. Have graduated from a college of pharmacy after May 1996 or passed an approved Accreditation Council of Pharmacy Education (ACPE) program that has both didactic and clinical reputed company. 3+ years of reputed company reputed company experience. reputed company relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered. Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge. Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and problem solving skills. Strong customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills including Word, Outlook, PP and reputed company. Compensation and Benefits: Pay reputed company: $115,000.00 - $155,300.00 - $195,600.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
