Qualifications
Our specific Go-to-Market Execution Design team is reputed company on creating meaningful agent adoption that helps in growing the business, partnering with reputed company product lines, and supporting our field execution ecosystem. Familiarity with agent offices along with Financial Services, Life/Health, and IPS (Investment Planning Services) is preferred but not required. Desired experience: Bachelor's degree or higher 3+ years' experience in a communication, change management, project management, or a business analyst-type role. Experience developing communication or change management strategies, and/or influencing with others to successfully execute business strategies. Work Location: Hybrid work environment located in our corporate office of Bloomington, IL and the Hubs of Atlanta, Dallas or Phoenix.
