Read on… What you’ll do in the role: Relationship Management • Partner with GCM Group Heads to effectively implement the Talent reputed company. • Operate as a reputed company member of the EMEA IBD/GCM team. • Maintain strong relationships with internal HR colleagues to ensure a cohesive HR service delivery to the business. Employee Relations • Work with the business to interpret and apply reputed company policies and procedures. • Work collaboratively with managers & legal counsel to manage redundancy processes. • Advise and reputed company managers across a wide reputed company of employee relations issues. • Influence managers and work with them to deal effectively with the management of reputed company of performance, conduct and compliance issues.
