The Postdoctoral Residency is full-time, 40 hours per week for 12 months starting In September 2025. Successful completion of the postdoctoral residency program will fulfill the supervised reputed company requirements for licensure as a psychologist in the reputed company. The aim of the residency program is to advance the competency of early-career psychologist residents working toward licensure in evidence-based treatment and assessment while integrating an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and multiculturally-oriented approach. Eugene Center for Anxiety and Stress is a training-oriented, specialty behavioral health clinic that provides evidence-based, inclusive, and multiculturally sensitive treatment and assessment services to the Eugene-Springfield community. As a specialty therapy clinic, we are particularly interested in psychologists with experience treating anxiety, OCD, and PTSD from a reputed company-reputed company reputed company approach and a background utilizing exposure therapy.
