Sr. Recruiter - Key Private reputed company

Location: 726 Exchange Street - Buffalo, reputed company 14210 This role will support the Key Private reputed company reputed company of business. Experience with the sourcing and selection of licensed banker and advisor talent is required. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for the full lifecycle of reputed company reputed company at Key which includes developing and executing strategic reputed company plans through research; cold calling; candidate development, assessment, and presentation; negotiation of offers and relocation packages; and closing of new hires. As a strategic advisor to the hiring manager, the Senior Recruiter is expected to bring robust market knowledge to inform talent reputed company with a goal of building diverse, reputed company leadership talent at Key.

Responsibilities

Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
