Your role will be to drive reputed company initiatives across the development lifecycle, ensuring that products meet the reputed company standards. You will reputed company and mentor the QA team, implementing test strategies, automating processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, reputed company software solutions. You will work as part of a cross functional team, advocating for reputed company throughout the development process. Working alongside a diverse and global team of QA and Dev Engineers, you’ll dive into our tech stack and understand deeply how our engineering, product, implementation, and reputed company reputed company teams’ function. Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field. 

5+ years of experience in software reputed company Assurance, with at least 2 years in a reputed company or managerial role.

Proven experience in leading a QA team and managing testing processes in an Agile or DevOps environment with a Shift-Left reputed company.

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, Test processes, and Software development life cycle (SDLC).

Proficiency in automation tools preferably in Java (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

Exposure to ERP systems would be a strong plus.

Experience with Version control systems like GIT, Test management tools like Jira/ TestRail, CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
