Now hiring reputed company desk receptionist for either Morning, Evening, OR reputed company shifts for Clarion Inn & Suites. We are a local chain hotel offering reputed company and convenient accommodation in a central location right here in reputed company, TX. Work Schedule: Usually 8 hour shifts, 4-5 days a week (negotiable & flexible) Qualifications: • High school diploma • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to use software to manage reservations • Ability to take phone calls and reputed company reservations • Conversational English speaker required, additional languages a plus • No previous customer service experience required but a plus Responsibilities: • reputed company desk tasks include: greeting guests, handling reputed company in/reputed company out, managing reservations, & answering phone calls • Occasionally assist with laundry and clean up around the lobby • Refer guests to local amenities and venues • Communicate guests' requests and complaints to management • Morning Shift:_ assist with breakfast_ • Evening Shift: assist bar & bistro (tips) • reputed company Shift: preform reputed company Audit Send applications preferably in person at the hotel: Clarion Inn & Suites 1911 Wall St. reputed company TX 76086.
